I think it was the married straight male magazine editor Glenn O’Brien who once told a woman who mentioned loving Marni that she was lucky she was married. It’s not exactly considered sexy. Although, I think it does look good on those Italian women with tan little arms and legs like its creator Consuelo Castiglioni. I usually stick to the jewelry and belts myself but the new Marni at H&M collection debuting March 8th has me considering buying a few clothing pieces too.

They also tapped the uber chic director Sofia Coppola to direct a film for the campaign.  It was shot in Morocco at the Marrakech home of Diana’s Vreeland’s son Frederick Vreeland and stars actress Imogen Poots.  It’s just as dreamy as you would expect and can be viewed here.  There is also a behind the scenes video with Sofia here.
