Divine Inspiration
by habituallychic
07 . 15 . 11Now that I’ve finished the kitchen, it’s time to start on the living room. It’s mostly put together but needs a few finishing touches before I can think about hanging art. My current inspiration is this living room designed by Celerie Kemble that was just featured in Elle Decor. The colors are so “me” and it looks so soothing. I am going to start saving now for an Yves Klein coffee table and de Gourney covered screen. Bon Weekend!

Love, love the image and colours in the mantel shot. Do save up for the screen. It will make your heart beat after an exhausting day in the city!
PS: What was in your gift bag from the other evening?
Hope to see pictures of your final work!! 🙂
sending you greetings from Rome,
Merilin.
I love Louis XV table!!
I’m also trying to think of where I could use that beautiful dusty pink.
The whole room is incredibly chic but I am particularly loving the upholstry on the chair in the first picture. Divine!

How pretty! That screen is so lovely!
Definitely one chic room. That little bergere together with the tiger velvet bench is fearlessly fantastic. Can’t wait to see the end product. Mary

This room is so inspiring – I wouldn’t normally like pink but this encourages me to take a risk. It’s only paint and it looks so good here! Best of luck and your kitchen is so nice.

Deliciously eclectic…Which is always the best way to decorate…Can’t wait to see what magic you create in your new place…
I love the mixture of color and textures in the room in the first photo.
I love the pink walls, looks so sophisticated!
