Perfectly Imperfect
by habituallychic
06 . 27 . 11The Domino Book of Decorating continues to top the list of best selling home decorating books and I have no doubt that former editor in chief Deborah Needleman’s new book will also be a big hit. The Perfectly Imperfect Home: How to Decorate and Live Well is billed as “the must-have guide describing 80 items that are all one needs for a livable, comfortable, and undeniably stylish home.” It’s too bad that we have to wait to buy the book illustrated by Virginia Johnson until November 1st. Guess I’ll have to make due with my back of issues of Domino magazine in the meantime.

I so loved that magazine and still cannot believe that it no longer exists. It was the first shelter mag that truly felt “accessible” and the ideas were so fresh and fantastic and just plain cool. AND, they told you right on the friggin PAGE where you could FIND things! I really miss it. 🙁
I know it will be great, she has such style.

I want one for me!!
If it is not just essentially an advertising/promotional piece, it could have great potential. It is one book I would definitely want to see before buying however. But thanks for the heads-up!
