Here in America, we will be enjoying a long Memorial Day weekend starting today.  The UK will also be observing a Bank Holiday on Monday in preparation of summer.  While my friends down under in Australia are preparing for Autumn. No matter where you live, I hope you will spend some time relaxing outside.  Here’s some inspiration to get you started.  Bon Weekend!

Your opening photo says it all -penultimate classic northeast US summer style, reminding me that the best weekend movie to keep the theme going is “Something’s Gotta Give”!

Have a fantastic weekend. Hope you’re weather is better than here in Brighton England – mizzle all the way. Hope the sea fog clears soon.

    Have a lovely time outside

Oh my gosh, so much eye candy is right. I would love to be at any one of those places. But, my most treasured dream is to live in a beach house like the second picture. Now does anyone have an unattached millionaire gentleman that I could meet. Heh!
Wishing everyone a fabulous Memorial Day weekend. May it be filled with family, good friends and lots of good food.

We were so happy to stumble upon a photo of our millinery studio featured in your inspiration pics (12th photo down) yesterday! We offer artist workshops throughout the year, including hat design, oil painting, and knitting. Currently we’re in the process of creating a luxury camping retreat for artists on our property, Skipping Rock Farm in Granville, Ohio. We are so excited to offer our little slice of heaven with you all! Have a fabulous Memorial Day weekend!!

So much beauty and elegance!! I am currently collecting ideas to use in the renovation of a home we are purchasing. My recent posts have focused on the outdoor living and ideas I like for creating outdoor rooms. Several photos in your post appeal to me for many reasons. I have to say I love the picture from the pergola with the overgrown creeping ivy overlooking the pool. I would love to capture that look and feeling in my outdoor dining area. I also love the table setting in the eighteenth photo and the entire look of the glass-enclosed dining room in photo twenty. Thanks for always being a source of inspiration!
