by habituallychic
12 . 10 . 10I really wish my apartment had a fireplace mantel so I could decorate it for Christmas. For those of you who do, here are some inspiring images! I’m especially in love with the one from Homes & Gardens above! Happy Holidays!

love these… esp the pinecones! xx
Southern Accents, why did you leave us?
Hopefully they will come again, because they were the best out there.

The first one so original with the roses! Did you see anything like that before? I haven’t and I love it! 🙂
By the way, if you can, please take a look at my post today. It’s about CELEBRITY KITCHENS. I had fun doing it! 🙂
Happy weekend, Heather!

Love that last one with the green pearls, so elegant.
These mantel displays are gorgeous! I will definitely be sharing the above displays with my mom. Here’s to hoping that ours turns out just as beautifully. 🙂
Gorgeous!!! I’m lucky to have 2 fireplace mantels in my home. They are so fun to decorate for the holidays.
Finishing the mantel is on my list this weekend. Thanks for the inspiration! Have a merry one – Jeanne

Perfectly lovely , understated..and interesting decorations for mantles. How refreshing!
Whew! I am so delighted that there is wonderful good taste still alive and kicking in this world! And in the young group! Wow!!!

wish I had a mantel too… these are wonderful, loved the tulips!
All lovely – but like you, especially love the first one – so lush and elegant!
This makes me wish even more that we have a fireplace… These mantels are gorgeous!!!
How absolutely out-of-this-world splendid. Our fireplace doesn’t have a mantel either. I hang a huge red berry wreath high above it which makes My-Reason-For-Living-In-France extremely nervous.
He seems to think the flames will leap out and get it.
But really, what would the holidays be like without a little stress.
I can see why everyone in the world is in love with your blog. It is gorgeous and inspiring.
Best regards,
Tish
