Country Christmas

I posted a few photos from Tricia Foley’s house in my Merry Mantels post and just found out she has her own blog, In the Country.  The rest of the entire house was featured in Country Home and is a great example of decorating for the holidays with a lighter touch.  I think her Christmas look would be perfect for those who celebrate in a warmer climate.  Happy Holidays!

Oh how lovely! Tricia Foley is a favorite and I’ll be jumping over to her blog immediately. These are such pretty images — and I’m in love with the wire hair fox terrier in the first photo! Thanks for the tip Heather, hope you are having a great weekend!

Like the idea of the green beads over the fireplace.

The mantel is outstanding! The simplicity is so elegant and tulips are my favorite!

Love the light touch! Mantels are beautifully done with quite a bit of detail. She’s put a lot of effort forth, as less is not always easiest.
