The Met Ball red carpet is actually better than the red carpet at the Oscars and I wish that the E! network would report live so we could see all the fabulosity unfold. Reading all the tweets was fun but definitely not the same! These are those that I deem best dressed including O and O above. That’s Oscar de la Renta and Oprah Winfrey! Enjoy!

for the first time in a very long time, i thought j.lo looked amazing! i also thought emma watson was stunning. agreed on e! needing to cover this red carpet. SO much better than the globes or the oscars.

It seems that women can dress well and then some. Some just get caught up in too many choices-there were many bad choices. I wrote about it too-would be fun to go and Oprah looked fantastic.

sienna is my vote and with jude law..seriously SO glad they are back together! patrick robinson–he looks amazing and i didn’t see kate bosworth–pretty! and jlo looks the best i have ever seen her…SJP looks like she is in a costume..ick! thanks for the recap!

LOVED the red dresses that Camilla Belle and Fabiola Beracasa were wearing – I think Red is so elegant and stunning!!!
I like all of them. But, I think my favorite is Zoe Saldana in Calvin Klein. The simple style is stunning and it fits perfectly. The curve at the neckline is wonderful.
My second favorite is Jennifer Lopez in Zuhair Murad.
