DVF at Home
by habituallychic
05 . 11 . 10Diane von Furstenberg just tweeted this morning that she is working hard on her upcoming home line. I can’t wait to see it! She has such great style and home around the world so I am wondering if it will reflect her nomadic lifestyle. This news also made me think of her home in Connecticut called Cloudwalk that is beyond gorgeous. I bet Hamish Bowles wishes, as I do, that he had those bookshelves! Enjoy!

Hi Heather, Any idea who designed those amazing chairs in the first photo? I love this space. Thanks. Mary
Her home is lovely – that bathtub and desk. Gorgeous. Thanks for sharing. I too am looking forward to seeing what her home decor line will look like.
oh so exciting! I LOVE DVF. 🙂

It’s beyond fabulous. How have I never seen that published before?! I leave no shelter publication unviewed!
I designed a house similar to that for some clients in Oklahoma. Series of french doors with porthole windows above… Unfortunately they slowly massaged the design into a hideous McMansionette. Sigh.
Love the bookcases!
The first shot gives me goosebumps. I want a country house!

I absolutely love the outside of this house. Where is it in CT? Kent? It almost looks like Provence!
What a wonderful post! I had never seen this property before. So lovely – the perfect antidote to a crazy week in the city.x
Her style is amazing…can not wait for this line as well!
Bookshelf envy AGAIN! I thought Hamish’s were incredible, but hers take the cake. Beautiful!
Oooh!! I didn’t know that she was working on a home line, Ican’t wait to see!! Coming from the woman who invented the wrap dress, I would only expect beautiful things!
