I’ve always loved this photo of Celerie Kemble, probably because of that gorgeous painting above her head, and I’m happy to announce that she is one of the designers who have been chosen for the 2010 Kips Bay Decorator Show House! The entire list is below and full of fabulous designers and some new names! Tom Delavan of Domino is one of them and a big surprise if Robert Verdi! I remember watching him on Full Frontal Fashion so I can’t wait to see his room. Others, I am ashamed to admit I don’t know much about so I look forward to learning more about them! It’s late here so I’ll try to link all the names to their websites tomorrow. Until then, I give you the class of 2010! Wow, that is quite a line-up!! Oh how I wish I lived in New York! Vancouver does not do a show house like this, it is really a wonderful way to showcase these talents 🙂
You are going to LOVE Robert Couturier. We both had rooms in the French Designer Show House a few years ago. His style is grand creative and whimsical always…very French might I add. Love Celerie Kemble! you have a great eye.
What a star studded line up. Celerie looks great in that photo, not sure if it’s the super cute her, the fabulous art, or those dreamy pillows, but it’s all working 🙂 I am happy to hear and looking forward to the talents of Vicente Wolfe doing a show house room, it’s been way too long.
So thrilled to see that some of my favorite clients will be doing the showhouse. Having done the Metropolitan Home Showtime Showhouse this past fall, I have such appreciation of it it takes to pull off such an endeavor. Cannot wait to see the rooms.
