Can’t wait to see it. being Italian and having lived in Milan most of my life I grew up with all these fashion icons, Armani, Ferre’, Missoni, Versace, Valentino, so many others.
I recall (I am dating myself) his first appearance on TV (B&W) introduced by a friend actress and presenting a pale colour chiffon dress.
He was a young unknown tailor (not yet stylist) named Valentino Garavani, from a small town, Voghera, 1/2 hour from Milan.
He has come a long way!

There’s always someone who’ll make you feel guilty for loving beauty. Well said, Valentino.

Architect Design/Stefan – It doesn’t look like it will be in DC but you are more than welcome to come to NYC for a screening!

Scott – when I grow up, I want to be Valentino! What a life!

RoyalApothic – thanks for the reminder! I hope I can catch it!

    Thanks Terry and Vintage Home!

Ivy Lane – there is an even better quote when Valentino asks Giancarlo Giammetti how he did, GG replies “I think you are a little too tan.” Love it!

Brillante Home Decor – anyone who gets to drop their last name has definitely come along way!

    Rose – I hear ya!

Oh I’ll be watching this for sure. So fabulous. I saw Valentino one day walking on Fifth av. I said hi to him and he said hi to me. My friend who had just come to visit from DR and was with me that day, still don’t believe me that was him. I think she needs to be more into fashion. ha ha ha
