02 . 09 . 09I received the final issue from Domino today with a lovely little note from the PR team. Knowing that it would be the last one I would excitedly open as if it was a present on Christmas morning made me a little sad. I will treasure all my back issues and want to thank everyone who worked so hard to put each issue together. I look forward to hearing about their new adventures and checking out the new blog from Nick Olsen! Thanks for the memories Domino! Sniff sniff.

It’s soo very sad. I still just can’t believe it. Excited to see this new/last issue.
i know! i am still so sad about the thought of my living room without a domino magazine on the coffee table!! on another note, i have been given a little blog award by another blogger, which i was very happy about! the deal with this “award” is i should then give it out to eight of my favorite blogs. SO i have given one to you! i very much enjoy your blog and am happy to pass on a token of my appreciation…if you get a chance to go to my blog, you’ll see the little “award” and just copy the text and send it to your eight favorites..hope you have a great week!!! ~jen
I’m looking forward to seeing this last issue. It won’t feel real until they no longer arrive in my letterbox.
I have also subscribed to Real Living which is an Australian magazine that I liken to domino.
You should check it out if you can get your hands on it where you are located. I HIGHLY recommend it for creative and inexpensive design and decorating solutions!

Ok.. It’s fini.. When I get my last issue..I will love it..and move on!
I renewed my subscription in January – what happens do I get my $$ back??
They should have just transitioned to a ONLINE mag?!
Thanks so much for the link to Nick Olsen’s blog! I look forward to seeing what he does!
We might get lucky and Domino may come back at some time in the future like “Victoria” magazine – we can only hope!
I so enjoy your writing and getting a peek at what’s going on in the big city – not much happens in my little (but wonderful) Virginia town!
I wonder if we can create an email campaign to get Domino back……?
I have been littering the CN inboxes with my letters of disapproval, but I have a feeling that unless I am willing to contribute sizable ad revenue, they really don’t care.
this brings tears to my eyes.
